Role Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role encompasses designing and managing ad campaigns, overseeing social media, integrating data across platforms, managing our website and webshop, and leveraging analytics to refine our marketing strategy. By driving growth in our channels’ followers and engagement and optimizing our online presence, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand resonates with our audience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Strategize, create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Lead all social media efforts, targeting significant growth in followers and engagement. Collaborate with the content team to refine strategies and boost interaction.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply best practices for SEO to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings for our website and landing pages.
  • Data Integration and Analysis: Seamlessly manage and analyze data from various platforms to inform marketing strategies and understand customer behaviors.
  • Web and Ecommerce Management: Work with external developers and agencies to ensure our website and webshop are up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Content Development: Develop compelling webpages and landing pages that engage and convert, aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including ad spend ROI, campaign performance, website traffic, SEO success, and social media growth and engagement.


  • A bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but we welcome marketing professionals of any background who have demonstrated skill and success in their marketing careers.
  • Excellent command of the English language and good communication skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO, ad campaigns, social media strategies, and content development.
  • Demonstrable success in growing digital channel followers and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and tools, with experience in enhancing web and landing page rankings.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple projects strategically and efficiently.
