We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Field Service Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and technical support for our handheld laser welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electronic equipment maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.


On-Site Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electronic equipment at client locations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Interaction:

  • Interact professionally with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns.
  • Provide clear explanations of maintenance procedures and technical issues to clients.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude throughout service visits.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document all service activities, including maintenance procedures, equipment status, and repair details.
  • Generate service reports and share them with clients and the internal team.
  • Keep accurate records of spare parts usage and inventory.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service visits.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Technical Training:

  • Stay current with the latest developments of Theo’s equipment.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops offered by the company to enhance technical skills.


  • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in electronic equipment maintenance, preferably in a field service role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage service tasks efficiently.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Working Tools:

  • Tools and equipment necessary for electronic equipment maintenance.
  • Mobile device for communication and reporting.

Job Type:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or after-hours service calls as needed.

  • This position assumes availability for constant travel along all US territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
