We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to work with handheld laser welding equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success managing a team of Channel Sales Executives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Define sales strategies and targets alongside with country manager;
  • Lead a team of Regional Channel Sales Executives to grow channel (distributors) sales in the US;
  • Manage partnerships to maximize sales and build our brand;
  • Be the day-to-day sales support for sales executives and help them drive deals and ensure Theo is on top of mind for all key distributors of welding equipment in US;
  • Participate on fairs and exhibitions.

Experience and skills:

  • Are a strong sales person who is a natural entrepreneur and willing to get your hands dirty with the details
  • Should have good experience in welding equipment, welding business and the welding market;
  • Knowledge and good relationship with main resellers of welding equipment in US;
  • Flexible and willing to step in to help things move forward
  • Strongly results oriented, aiming to meet goals and guidelines;
  • Are a confident, strategic, and influential communicator in business discussions who is quickly able to establish credibility with partners
  • Are customer-focused and a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive our business to the next level
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $96,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
